| Mountain Lion Properties is a family run business that is only two years old. Dave Cooperman the founder and general partner, is a professional stand up comedian. As such, he does a lot of traveling across the U.S. One thing about being a comedian is that you get exposure to a wide range of treatment from comedy club owners (who vary as much as landlords). Sometimes, you’re treated like an absolute king, with a great hotel room, a limo bringing you to and from the club, free meals, free drinks, with managerial staffs that make you feel part of the family. Other times, “burnt out” owners place you at apartments or hotels next to the local crack house and you end up with post traumatic stress disorder. So, you say, what does that have to do with you and your apartment needs?
Dave has the experience (and gunshot wounds) to know the difference between a nice place and a dump, and wants nothing to do with providing a dump to residents. He also recognizes that amenities (big and small) are always nice to have. In other words, when people talk about the “comforts of home” – Mountain Lion Properties recognizes, accepts, and welcomes the responsibility and challenge to create much of that comfort. In short, Mountain Lion Properties’ simple mission is to provide outrageous (in a good way) apartments and service without charging outrageous (in a bad way) prices. |
