What do you require to get started?

A phone call!  Sometimes we’re all full, sometimes not.  If you are moving or just even thinking about it – call us.  If there’s an apartment to show, we’ll show it and if there isn’t – we’ll get you on the waiting list for the next availability that suits your needs.  If you do see and like our apartments,  we require an application with a credit & criminal check.

Yeah, but what do you require money-wise?

A security deposit (equal to the apartment’s rent) is standard.  First month’s rent is also needed.  Beyond that – no last month rent is required.

Do I actually get to keep all this stuff you're offering?

You're kidding, right?

Do you allow pets?

We don’t as a rule – but we often make exceptions.  An added pet security deposit of $250 is required and we need to actually see this animal and make sure the animal doesn’t pose a danger to neighbors and especially landlords.  If furnishings are involved, chances are we don’t unless your dog and cat are clawless and toothless.

Do you allow smokers?

Yes…but if we furnish or semi-furnish the apartment, then we don’t permit it inside the apartment.

What if I don’t want your fancy amenities?  What then (price wise)?

Well, first – a new apartment usually has a lot of money going into it anyway.  So, with the entertainment package (LCD TV & home theater, microwave) it comes with the apartment and taking it away doesn’t impact the price.  For other amenities, unless the amenities are solidly in place, it is negotiable.  Or maybe you want different things instead – we’ll always work with the future resident to customize a package to suit him/her.

Do you do rent-to-own?

Sorry, we don’t.

As a resident, what can I expect in terms of service?

The excellent kind! It’s very rare for a resident to call and have their message “sit in voicemail” for 24 hours.  We believe in getting right back to people.  We also provide numbers directly to our plumbers and electricians, so if there’s an emergency – you can be confident that it gets the 9-1-1 treatment.  We are honest and straightforward with people, we don’t look to “handle” (lie) to them, and we back up our promises.
